Acceptable Use Policy

Follow up responsibly. Protect people and trust.

The clear boundaries for lead sources, messaging, provider accounts, AI-assisted work, security, and platform access.

Effective July 17, 2026Last updated July 17, 2026

Use lawful, permissioned lead sources

Only upload, capture, enrich, validate, or contact data your business is authorized to use. Keep the source, notice, consent, or other lawful basis your workflow requires. Buying a list, finding a public detail, or receiving a file does not automatically make every type of outreach permitted.

No spam, deception, or pressure tactics

Do not send unsolicited bulk outreach, hide the sender, impersonate another person or company, use misleading subject lines, invent urgency, misstate an offer, or make it unreasonably difficult to opt out.

  • Do not repeatedly contact a person who has declined, opted out, or asked not to be called.
  • Do not rotate identities, numbers, domains, or provider accounts to evade a block or complaint limit.
  • Do not use scraped sensitive data, breached data, or credentials obtained without permission.

Follow channel and provider rules

RevenueCentra does not provide the email inbox, WhatsApp number, or voice carrier. You must connect an authorized supported account and follow that provider’s template, verification, consent, rate, content, and geographic rules.

Do not use RevenueCentra to bypass a provider suspension, technical restriction, identity check, delivery safeguard, or pricing limit.

Respect consent, suppression, and opt-outs

Use the appropriate sender identity and opt-out wording for the channel. Record and honour do-not-contact requests promptly across the workflows your business controls. If consent or intent is unclear, pause the action and review it instead of guessing.

No abusive, illegal, or harmful content

Do not use the service for harassment, threats, hate, exploitation, discrimination, fraud, malware, phishing, unlawful goods or services, sexual exploitation, or content that violates another person’s privacy or intellectual-property rights.

No unsafe high-risk automation

Do not automate diagnosis, prescription, emergency decisions, legal advice, financial guarantees, lending or employment decisions, or other high-impact decisions without the qualified human review and safeguards the situation requires.

AI-assisted drafts, scores, summaries, and voice workflows must not be presented as infallible. A person remains responsible for reviewing sensitive, uncertain, or consequential actions.

Do not attack or misuse the platform

Do not probe accounts you do not own, bypass authentication or rate limits, scrape private areas, introduce malicious code, interfere with service operation, reverse engineer protected components where prohibited, or use one workspace to access another workspace’s data.

Do not share login credentials broadly or place provider secrets in templates, lead fields, public forms, or support messages.

Use plans and credits honestly

Do not manipulate usage records, payment status, referral or promotional credits, workspace identities, or technical limits. If a workflow unexpectedly consumes or fails to consume credits, stop repeating it and report the issue so it can be reviewed.

How enforcement works

We may warn, limit, throttle, pause, suspend, or close access based on the seriousness, repetition, recipient impact, provider risk, legal risk, and whether immediate action is needed to prevent harm. We may preserve relevant audit records and cooperate with valid legal or provider investigations.

If you believe a restriction is a mistake, contact us with the workspace, campaign or event reference, provider status, and the reason you believe the activity is permitted. We will review the RevenueCentra record and explain the available next step.
