RevenueCentra is a cloud software service, not a physical product — here's how plan access and credits are delivered, and how plan changes work.

Digital delivery, not physical shipping

RevenueCentra is a cloud-based software service — AI-powered lead generation, email and WhatsApp outreach automation, and sales pipeline management. We do not sell or ship any physical goods, so there is nothing to package, courier, or track. Every part of the service is delivered digitally, inside your account.

When access is granted

Subscription plan access and purchased credit packs are provisioned automatically to your account immediately upon successful payment confirmation from Razorpay. There is no shipment or installation to wait for — a confirmation is sent to your account email as soon as the payment clears.

Exchanges and plan changes

Because there are no physical products, there is no traditional "exchange" process. Instead, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from Settings → Billing. Any proration or billing adjustment that results from a plan change follows the terms in our Refund & Cancellation Policy at revenuecentra.com/refund.

Delivery issues

If you complete a payment but do not see your plan access or credits reflected in your account, contact [email protected] with your payment reference (order ID or Razorpay payment ID) and we will resolve it as soon as possible.
