Privacy Policy

Your data, explained in plain language.

What RevenueCentra collects, why we need it, how connected providers fit in, and what you can ask us to do with your personal data.

Who we are and what this covers

RevenueCentra is operated by FreeFast Private Limited, India. This policy covers the public website, RevenueCentra accounts, workspaces, support conversations, billing records, and product workflows that link a lead to its follow-up and reported outcome.

For account, billing, and service data, RevenueCentra determines how that information is used to operate the product. For lead and customer data your business imports or connects, your business decides why it is used and must have the authority to use it. RevenueCentra processes that data only to provide the workspace and workflows you configure.

Data we collect

The exact data depends on what you connect and use. We do not require every category for every account.

  • Account and profile details: name, business email, required phone number, password-derived security data, company name, business type, role, and workspace membership.
  • Lead and campaign data: contact fields, source labels, campaign tags, assignment, consent or suppression status, validation results, notes, and outcome history.
  • Workflow activity: drafts, approvals, delivery status, provider references, conversation events, AI-assistance activity, and audit logs.
  • Technical and support data: IP address, browser and device signals, login/security events, error logs, support messages, and the information you choose to send us.
  • Billing data: plan or pack selected, invoice details, GSTIN when supplied, currency, amount, and payment transaction references.

Where the data comes from

We receive information directly from you when you register, complete your workspace, import a file, submit a form, contact support, or pay. We also receive workflow data from sources and provider accounts you choose to connect, such as a website form, advertising lead source, email service, WhatsApp provider, or voice provider.

We do not give you permission to use a lead. Your business must confirm that its source, notice, consent, and outreach are lawful for the audience, location, and channel involved.

How we use data

We use data to create and secure accounts, capture or import leads, validate and de-duplicate records, prioritize work, prepare or schedule configured follow-up, route uncertain work for review, report outcomes, maintain credits and billing, answer support requests, investigate abuse, and improve reliability.

We do not sell workspace lead lists. We do not use your connected channel credentials to send unrelated RevenueCentra marketing. If we send product or service notices to the account owner, those messages are separate from the outreach your business runs through its own providers.

Connected channels and providers

RevenueCentra does not supply an email inbox, WhatsApp number, or voice carrier. You connect a supported provider account separately. When a workflow uses that connection, the necessary recipient, content, status, and provider-reference data may pass between RevenueCentra and that provider.

Each provider has its own privacy policy, region, retention, pricing, and acceptable-use rules. Review those terms before connecting the account. Disconnecting a provider stops new workflow use but does not automatically erase records already held by that provider.

When data is shared

We share data only where needed to operate the service, follow your configuration, protect users, complete a transaction, or meet a lawful requirement. Recipients may include hosting and infrastructure services, authentication and email-delivery services, payment processors, connected communication providers, monitoring services, and professional advisers under appropriate duties.

We may also disclose data when required by valid legal process, to investigate fraud or abuse, or as part of a company transaction with protections for the affected information. We do not publish a compliance certification or subprocessor promise that has not been formally verified.

Payment and invoice data

Razorpay processes checkout payment details. RevenueCentra does not store the full card number, UPI ID, PIN, or bank password entered in the hosted payment flow. We receive transaction identifiers, status, amount, currency, plan or pack, and invoice information needed to activate the purchase, issue records, prevent duplicate grants, and help with billing questions.

If you start a subscription or free trial, you authorise a recurring payment mandate. The tokenised payment instrument is created and held by Razorpay, not by us. RevenueCentra stores only Razorpay's subscription and customer identifiers, the mandate status, the next charge date, and a masked label so you can recognise the method on file (for example, a card network with its last four digits, or a partly hidden UPI handle). Cancelling auto-debit from Settings, Billing revokes the mandate with Razorpay.

Retention, export, and deletion

We keep account and workspace information while the account is active and for as long as reasonably needed for service delivery, security, billing, dispute handling, backup rotation, and legal obligations. Different records can have different retention needs; we do not claim one invented period for every data type.

You can request an export, correction, or deletion through Contact. We may first verify the requester and workspace authority. Some billing, fraud-prevention, audit, backup, or legal records may need to remain for a limited period even after active workspace data is removed. We will explain any material exception that applies to the request.

How we protect information

We use authentication, role and route controls, server-side credential handling, audit events, security monitoring, and operational access limits. We review security reports and restrict access when activity presents a risk to users, recipients, providers, or the platform.

No internet service can promise zero risk. Account owners should use a unique password, protect email access and verification codes, limit team access, keep provider keys private, and notify us quickly if an account or connection may be compromised. Read the Security page for the current control model.

Your choices and privacy requests

Depending on the law that applies, you may ask for a summary of personal data we hold about you, correction of inaccurate data, erasure of data that is no longer needed, withdrawal of consent where consent is the basis, or help with a grievance. Account owners can also update profile and workspace information directly where the product provides that control.

Email from your registered or business email and describe the account, request, and data involved. We may ask for enough information to verify identity and authority without collecting more than necessary. The Grievance Officer and registered-entity details are published on Contact.

Children and cross-border services

RevenueCentra is a business service and is not intended for children. Do not create a workspace or upload children’s personal data unless your business has a lawful, documented reason and every required safeguard.

Some connected or infrastructure providers may process data outside your state or country. Their regions and transfer terms depend on the provider you choose. If your business has a data-residency requirement, confirm it with us and the provider before connecting live data.

Policy changes and contact

We may update this policy when the product, providers, or applicable requirements change. The date at the top shows the latest published version. If a change materially affects how active account data is used, we will provide an appropriate in-product or account notice where practical.
