Refund & Cancellation Policy

A plain-language policy for RevenueCentra billing, refunds, and cancellations — aligned with India's Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the DPDP Act, 2023.

Plans and charges

RevenueCentra offers a Free plan (100 starting credits, no card required) and self-serve paid plans — Starter, Professional, and Enterprise — billed for the chosen period (monthly or yearly). Custom setups are agreed privately and governed by their confirmed scope. Prices shown at checkout are exactly what you pay: billed in INR (₹) inclusive of applicable GST for Indian customers, or in USD where applicable. We never store your card or bank details — payments are processed by Razorpay, our PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.

7-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first self-serve plan payment. If RevenueCentra is not right for you, email us within 7 days of that first charge and we will refund it in full — no questions asked.

Renewals and cancellation

Payments are one-time purchases with no automatic renewal: your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and we never charge your payment method automatically. To continue after the period ends, you renew manually from Settings → Billing. You can stop using a paid plan at any time — access simply runs to the end of the paid period with no further charges. You can also request export or deletion of your account data at any time.

Credit packs

Credit top-up packs are one-time purchases consumed by sends and validations. Unused credits from a pack remain available per the pack's terms shown at purchase. Credit packs follow the same guarantee and refund rules as plan payments.

Refunds after the guarantee window

After the 7-day first-payment window, fees for the current billing period are generally non-refundable, since you retain full access for the period you paid for. We will always honour any refund required under applicable Indian consumer law, and we review genuine billing errors or duplicate charges and refund them promptly.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from your registered email with the subject "Refund request". Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days; your bank may take additional time to reflect it.
