Clear rules for using RevenueCentra.

These terms apply when you create an account, access a workspace, use the public tools, or buy a RevenueCentra plan or pack. If you use RevenueCentra for a company or client, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.

You must be legally able to enter this agreement. The service is intended for business use, not for children. If you do not agree, do not create or continue using an account.

Provide accurate registration and billing information, keep it current, and protect passwords, email access, verification codes, provider credentials, and active sessions. You are responsible for actions taken through your account and for giving teammates only the access they need.

Tell us promptly if access may be compromised. We may ask you to verify ownership before changing sensitive account, billing, or data settings.

RevenueCentra is a lead-to-revenue workspace for capture or import, validation, prioritization, campaign organization, assignment, configured follow-up, review, activity history, and reporting. Features and limits vary by plan and may require setup before they can be used.

The service can help prepare and coordinate work, but your business remains responsible for the offer, message, audience, timing, approval, and final business decision. AI-assisted content and scoring are tools for review, not guaranteed facts or guaranteed outcomes.

You keep ownership of the leads, business content, templates, and other material you provide. You give RevenueCentra the limited permission needed to host, process, transform, and transmit that material only to operate, secure, and support the configured service.

You confirm that you are allowed to collect, upload, store, validate, and contact the people in your workspace. Do not upload confidential or regulated information that the agreed workflow does not need.

RevenueCentra does not include an email inbox, WhatsApp number, or voice carrier. You connect your own supported provider accounts separately. Provider charges, templates, verification, geographic availability, delivery limits, suspensions, and acceptable-use rules apply in addition to these terms.

A provider may delay, reject, rate-limit, or suspend activity independently of RevenueCentra. We are not responsible for a provider’s outage, policy decision, pricing change, or account action, but we will show available status information and help you diagnose the RevenueCentra side of a supported connection.

You must use lawful lead sources, provide required notices, hold the permissions your channels and locations require, identify the sender honestly, and honour opt-outs and do-not-contact requests. RevenueCentra controls can support this work but cannot create permission that your business does not have.

The Acceptable Use Policy is part of these terms. It covers prohibited spam, deceptive identity, unsafe automation, credential misuse, security abuse, and other conduct that can harm recipients or the platform.

The pricing or checkout page shows the current plan period, campaign and feature limits, included credits where applicable, and annual saving for each tier. Credits and lead allowances are usage units, not cash, and can be consumed when a supported action or validation is completed.

We may prevent a new paid action when the required plan, connection, permission, or balance is missing. Custom work is governed by the written scope or proposal confirmed for that setup.

Plans can be bought two ways, and checkout says which one you are choosing before you pay. A subscription starts with a free trial: you authorise a payment mandate with Razorpay at checkout, nothing is charged during the trial, and the plan price (including GST for Indian billing) is then charged automatically each month or year until you cancel from Settings, Billing. Cancelling stops all future charges; the period you have already paid for runs to its end. Each workspace gets one free trial.

A one-time purchase (the option without a saved payment method, and every top-up pack) is paid in advance, once. It never renews and creates no mandate; to continue after it ends, you choose and confirm another purchase.

Credits granted by a plan carry over when you renew within 3 days of the period ending, and lapse after that. Credits and top-ups you purchased separately never lapse.

Razorpay processes checkout. Prices, currency, GST treatment, invoice information, and the final amount appear before confirmation. The Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the seven-day first-purchase guarantee, duplicate or failed charges, custom work, timing, and exclusions.

We work to keep RevenueCentra available and accurate, but no online service is uninterrupted. Maintenance, security events, provider outages, network failures, or changes outside our control can affect access or delivery.

We may improve, replace, limit, or retire features and adjust pricing for future purchases. We will not silently convert a one-time purchase into an automatically renewing charge. Material changes affecting an active paid period will be handled reasonably and communicated where practical.

We may throttle, pause, or suspend activity when needed to protect recipients, provider accounts, user data, payment integrity, the platform, or the law. Examples include suspected spam, fraud, stolen credentials, security attacks, unpaid or reversed purchases, repeated provider violations, or a serious breach of these terms.

Where the risk allows it, we will explain the reason and a practical review path. Immediate action may be necessary when delay could cause harm or further unauthorized use.

You can stop using RevenueCentra at any time. A paid plan remains available until its purchased period ends unless it is suspended for a serious violation. If you subscribed with auto-debit, turn it off from Settings, Billing to stop future charges; one-time purchases create no future charge either way.

Before closing a workspace, export records you need and disconnect providers. You may request deletion through Contact; limited billing, security, backup, or legal records may remain as described in the Privacy Policy.

RevenueCentra, its software, design, documentation, brand, and original product content belong to FreeFast Private Limited or its licensors. These terms give you a limited right to use the service for your permitted business purpose; they do not transfer the product or brand to you.

If you share product feedback, you allow us to use it to improve the service without an obligation to pay for the idea. We will not present your private workspace data as a public testimonial without permission.

RevenueCentra is provided on an available-service basis. Validation signals, AI suggestions, scoring, provider status, and reports can support decisions but may be incomplete or delayed. You must review important actions and maintain the records your business needs independently.

Nothing in these terms removes a right or responsibility that cannot lawfully be removed. RevenueCentra does not promise a conversion rate, revenue result, provider approval, message delivery, or uninterrupted service.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, while any mandatory consumer rights or lawful jurisdiction continue to apply. Please contact us first with the account, transaction, or event details so a person can review the concern and try to resolve it directly.
